What’s stopping you from living to your full potential?
Imagine that you are setting out on an adventure in a hot air balloon. You have equipped yourself for the adventure, bringing all your equipment and baggage along for the ride. Not long after you set off you realise that the balloon is struggling to reach the right altitude. You need to get to the height where the wind is flowing in the direction of your destination, but your baggage is too heavy.
You have no choice but to release some ‘stuff’ that is weighing you down. The objective is to do whatever you can that will allow the balloon to rise, enabling you to travel freely and on course.
Using this analogy, think about all the things that are cluttering your life and mind. What is hindering you from being free? This could be in your personal, work or social life. What can you let go of to have the confidence and power to move forward?
