I really agree, and i think , especially for a lot of females it breeds more insecurity the more they look cuz they will focus on the negative. i definitely spent more time looking in the mirror when i was younger because I wanted to look at myself and like what i saw , but the more i looked the more I hated what i saw. Very strange .
