But what does a hardfork change here? I mean the platform will not change thanks to a hardfork or am I missing something? I thought a hardfork is more for changing the protocol of an blockchain?
Many things can be regulated with hardfork but first we have to change the users behavior, mostly Steemit whales.
Yes, can just agree. Some changes here would be really good but I am not sure if it is just about whales but probably in the "upper" class there is a lot going on...
