Klezmer(ish) Part II - An Organ Improvisation by Michael Calabris | Secrets of Organ Playing Week 70

I thought an improvisation based on klezmer music would provide an interesting contrast, musically and in terms of mood/attitude, to the other pieces that have been submitted thus far for this week's contest.

The title Klezmer(ish) II is in reference to an earlier klezmer-like organ improvisation I posted onto YouTube a month or two ago. These two improvisations are not, of course, strict imitations of klezmer music, but instead are based on/inspired by klezmer music. Hence, they are "klezmer-ish."

Anyway, I hope you enjoy this improvisation!

The youtube video does not play here. I have to go to youtube to listen to it.
Other than that: great improvisation!

I apologize - I noticed this problem, too. Sometimes the video would play here and sometimes it would not. My YouTube settings for this video allow it to be embedded. I will double-check everything when I post a video again for this contest. Thanks for letting me know about the playback problem.

Thanks for your entry!
