Vater unser im Himmelreich - Georg Böhm | Secrets of Organ Playing Contest Week 73

This is my entry for the Secrets of Organ Playing Contest Week 73.

I'm playing Georg Böhm's stunning Aria on Vater unser im Himmelreich. The translation of the German title means "Our Father in Heaven". I must admit that I haven't played any Böhm prior to this piece but I would like to delve more into his compositions. This chorale is absolutely stunning and from listening to many renditions on YouTube, it's quite a popular "organist piece".

I play it much faster than any of the other recordings on YouTube, probably because I had required several takes to get a half decent recording!

This was recorded on the organ of the Laurenskerk in Rotterdam, Netherlands (Sonus Paradisi), using the Hauptwerk VPO software.
