Yeap buddy, your Reputation level on PRE is 5, so in order to be able to withdraw 100 % of what you have earned, you need to have at least 8 Rep. Level.
For me it works, have withdrawn few hundreds to my ETH account to see how it works, so it works perfectly. Of course I am HODL cause the value will skyrocket!
