调整 SCT 通胀率
- 生效日期 : 2019年6月1日
- 由原来每 3个Steem区块 (9秒钟) 生成 5 SCT，改为 2 SCT
- 每年的递减比率由-0.5% 至 -5%，每年持续下降
- 当达至2034年时，STEEM区块链的永久通胀率为1%后，每生成3个Steem区块会产生1 SCT
- 从2034年6月1日开始，每年将产生3,504,000 SCT
调整 Power Down 日数为 5天
- 社区内有人指出，因为原本 3天的 Power Down时间，与Voting Power的5天恢复时间不匹配。可能有人会以此成为攻击漏洞
- 因此，现时 SCT 的 Power Down 时间将会改为5天
- 实行日期为 2019年6月1日
以上为初步公告，在正式公告及实施前，仍有机会作出更改。
