직장 스트레스에도 아몬드가 좋대요.
근데 포만감...이 느껴지지 않던데 저만 그런가요.ㅎ
맞아요~~ 스트레스 해소에도 아몬드가 도움이 된다고 하더라구요~
포만감은 저도 잘 모르겠던데... 많이 먹으면 좀 물리긴 하더라구요.
