심장을 관리한다는 생각은 못해봤네요. 뭔가 신의영역같은 생각이 들어서요. 스트레스를 피하고 꾸준한운동 적당한 영양섭취는 건강을 유지하기위한 모든 조건이네요. 건강=심장은 같이가나봐요. 하루 만보걷기 목표하고 있는데 심장도 건강해졌음 좋겠네요.
네... 저도 그냥 아무 생각없이 물 흐르듯 살아왔는데... 이제라도 관심을 가지고 관리를 잘 해야 할것 같아요.

심장질환으로 돌아가신 분들이 많아 걱정이 되기도 합니다.
예방은 역시나 적절한 운동과 식조절 등 생활습관이 중요하죠.
버터 등 동물성 지방 대신 올리브유, 견과류 등 식물성 지방이 좋다고 하더라고요 ㅎ
네.. 심장에 대해 딱히 신경을 안 썼는데... 그러면 안될것 같아요.
