조금 다른 방향이지만 한국에서는 아침을 먹는게 환경적으로 쉽지 않더군요 ㅠ 혹은 종류가 매우 적거나. 주변 사람만 봐도 아침은 그냥 거르고 잠을 더자고 출근하는 것을 선택하더군요. 저는 현재 중국에서 생활하고 있는데 중국에서는 아침만 전문으로 하는 식당만해도 집 앞에 수두룩하고 길거리에서는 포장이 가능한 아주 저렴하고 다양한 메뉴를 판매하고 있습니다. 특히, 또우장에 빠오즈 하나면 점심까지 든든합니다.
한국에도 바쁘지만 아침을 먹을 수 있도록 간단한 아침을 판매하는 곳이 많아졌으면 좋겠네요.

어지간히 속이 나쁘지 않은 이상 아침은 챙겨먹습니다.
건강하게 챙겨먹는건 쉽지 않아 간단하게 먹는 편인데, 되도록이면 건강하게 먹도록 해야겠어요~ ㅎ

그러게요. 차려먹기 힘들면 사먹기라도 편하면 좋을 것 같습니다.
간편하게 먹을 수 있는 주먹밥, 김밥 이나 된장찌개 같은 아침 식사를 파는곳이 많아지면 좋을 것 같네요.
전 아침 먹으면 속이 꼬여서 ㅎㅎ
여행가서 조식 공짜로 나오는것만 아까워서
커피라도 마시는거 빼면 없네요 ㅋㅋ
군대땐 어떻게 먹었는지 ㅋㅋㅋ
그땐 먹고 살려고 그랬을수도 ㅋㅋ
이런... 아침을 머고 속이 꼬이시다니... ㅠㅠ
전 야식 많이 먹어도 아침은 간편하게라도 꼭 챙겨 먹는답니다.
앞으로 속이 꼬여도 계속 챙겨먹다 보면 괜찮아지 지지 않을까요???

아침은 군대 있을때부터 안먹었으니...한 20년?? 고향집에 가면 먹긴하지만...
