Looking good is hardwork😫😫😫 "No pain, no gain", they say. Today I'll be sharing with you a very beneficial oil for your skin. Although consistent preparation could be hard work, it pays off on a long run.

Carrot Oil
Carrots are rich in nutrients such as vitamins A, C, and E, beta-carotene, and a multitude of other antioxidants. Vitamins A and E — in addition to beta-carotene — have wonderful conditioning properties. They moisturizer the skin or scalp on the body, thereby building healthier hair and skin.💕💕💕

PREPARATION
Ingredients required:

  1. carrots
  2. olive, coconut, sunflower, or sesame oil, as carrier oil.

Procedure:

  1. Wash and peel the skin of the carrots.
  2. Grate carrots with the use of a hand grater or food processor.
  3. Place the grated carrots in a crock pot and pour in the oil of your choice till carrot is immersed. You could used 2 1/4 cups of oil or 18 ounces.
  4. On your cooker's lowest setting, maintaining a low heat, infuse the oil until oil becomes orange in color. Oil turned orange shows the infusion process is complete.
  5. Once the infusion process is complete, pour the carrots and oil mixture into a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth and strain.
  6. Store oil in a glass jar in the refrigerator until ready for use. Will keep for 6-8 months if stored properly.
