The Ocrdu Dragonfly is a short range interceptor ship. In the hands of a trained Ocrdu pilot this fast and incrediably agile ship comes into its own, armed with four heavy cannons it is concidered the most effective interceptor in the Inner Systems. Its speed, handling and small size coupled with its firepower make it a ship most combat piolts say they'd not want to go up against.

Nice one. Nonetheless, I wondered why spaceships always have weird shapes. There is absolutely no aerodynamic or practical reason for it in space. The most ideal shapes are either cubes or spheres.
This one I designed to look like a dragonfly and even in space style should be a factor.
a name from my fav sci-fi show :)
seconded. style is always a factor
You only need to be streamlined if you plan on entering an atmosphere, but don't forget about inertia; shape and engine placement do affect the steering pivot point and other handling.
The QQS (quantum-quantum-something) engine solves this :D
Nice post. Upovoted and resteemed
thank you.
Wow... upvoted
Thank you.
Are these drawn/created by yourself?
They look sleek and shiny :p
I make them in Blender, this one was made yesterday after @ocrdu suggested I make a ship based on a dragonfly.
Awesome work. Keep them coming :)

You did it! Heehee. Nice one, too!
I haz a spaceship named after me. I must let that sink in for a while.
I enjoyed doing it, thanks for giving me the idea.
BTW can I use that first picture in a post of my own, pretty please?
Sure, no problem, use away :)
