Students who study at the medical faculty will be able to study the anatomy in more detail with the help of virtual reality. The project was launched at the Stanford University School of Medicine.
Virtual reality will enable students to learn the world of anatomy in 3D and adapt the approach to treatment for a specific person. A new mechanism was shown by the university's research staff during a forum in Austrian Vienna. The technology of virtual reality for anatomy is a visualization of the structure of the organism with a "breakthrough" picture quality.
Technology will help to more effectively study the tissue of people at a level previously unavailable without introduction into the human body. The previous tests of the mechanism showed an accuracy of 93%. VUo while using VR doctors expressed confidence in the decision of the diagnosis.
