Do we sweat under water?

Water is already wet? Does that mean we aren't actually sweating? Or just that we don't realise it?

YES YOU DO SWEAT

You sweat depending on how warm the water is, and how much movemet you're doing.
But if you're in a hot tub and the water is generally warmer than your body temperature, you sweat even when you're not doing anything!
However, the sweat doesn't cool you down, because it needs to evaporate to do that. And under water, evaporation can't happen.
