Vitamin A is of great importance for bone and dental health. It is a good antioxidant with its cell regenerating ability and it delays aging with this feature. Vitamin used by the body in the repair of tissues has protective effect against cancer diseases. Vitamin A is essential to protect eye health; Lack of vision causes eye strain and vision disorders. He protects against infection because he strengthens his immune system
