Yes! I've been drinking room temp water for years now. Some people find it weird when I ask for room temp water, hah.

I've also heard that cold water negatively affects our energetic body(chi). Cold springs do seem healing to me intuitively but cold water seems more like a medicinal tool than what we should normally drink. Have you heard of Victor Schauberger, the water wizard. He was quite an amazing man. You won't regret looking into his research and inventions.

Thanks for the information. I heard too that cold water (if you use it to wash body) is good for the blood circulation.
