RE: Rewriting the story of Human Origins.

in #science7 years ago

I appreciate science, but it's surprising how people in the science community get so set in their ideas about the world.

Everyone thought I was crazy in class when I asked questions like "How do we know that rocks do not experience things?"

"How do we know we weren't created by some other species?"

These questions shouldn't be that strange when you consider that we started cloning in the 90's and have been mapping out DNA, but they were, people really thought I had issues.

I try not to go too overboard with theories and treat them like fact but I entertain them and consider them as possibilities and I have my favorite theories, which sounds like a pretty scientific attitude to me, even though I am more of an artist at heart than a scientist.

I love discoveries like this because they force people to question everything.
