Excellent publication and or practical mindfulness, with I have learned to meditate walking, meditate waiting for the train, meditate eating, meditate in every moment of my life helps you connect with the present and the people generating good emotions and good health. Being concentrated with the present is the best thing we can do for us

good ... I am so happy to read that you are in the flow. When you are mindful you are coherent this helps you in all areas of your life and makes for more peace. The post is really about time distortion but as you know meditation puts you in a calmer slower space.
