Yes, it would be interesting to see if having more stomata helps it to be more drought tolerant. I look forward to finding out.

Spoiler: it isn't having more stomata that makes a plant drought tolerant, it's the ability to open and close the stomata at different times of the day. Plants that only open their stomata at night can conserve water because very little is lost compared to during the day when temperatures are higher. They collect CO2 at night, the opposite of normal plant metabolism. You can read about it here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crassulacean_acid_metabolism

That's really cool how some have evolved to not only gather CO2 at night; but break it down to store then convert it back during the day to CO2 for use.

They are pretty and easy to grow. Great interesting patterns. I would like to know what salami looks like or soju's nail maybe.

Salami would be interesting; but I don't have any in my fridge. I did check out Soju's nail quickly when I first got the microscope. Maybe I ought to do it again but dye it next time for better viewing
