I said that a HPV infection can be successfully fought by the body :P

And there are enough other reasons a woman should go to a gynecologist at least once a year, better twice. But yes, if she's in a committed relationship and has been tested negative for HPV, the risk is relatively low.

(In Germany it's recommended once a year and the test isn't very sensitive so it makes sense to do it in somewhat shorter intervals)
