Before THE BIG BANG | Ch 3. What caused THE BIG BANG

THUMBNAIL what caused the big bang.jpg
Hey Starlord here,

The BIG BANG theory simply tells that about 13.7 Billion years ago a tiny hot and infinitely dense point, only a few millimetres wide exploded violently and form this explosion, this Bang that all matter, energy, and time were created.

Where did it come from?
We don’t know.

Why did it appear?
We don’t know.

Slowly as the universe began it was just hot, tiny particles mixed with light and energy. It was nothing like what we see now. As everything expanded and took up more space, it cooled down. The tiny particle grouped together. They formed atoms, then those atoms grouped together. Over lots of time, atoms came together to form stars and galaxies.
So, this was how it all started with a BANG?

Experts however says that there was no explosion; there was (and continues to be) an expansion.
Rather than imagining a balloon popping and releasing its contents, imagine a balloon expanding: an infinitesimally small balloon expanding to the size of our current universe.

As physicist Paul Steinhardt, director of the Princeton Centre for Theoretical Science at Princeton University in Princeton, N.J. said:

“If it were an explosion it would have a centre,”

“We actually observe that everything is moving away from everything else. It’s really about an expansion of the universe.”

Instead of center from which everything expanded, scientist think space is expanding everywhere, in all direction equally.

As Andreas Albrecht, a theoretical Physicist at the University of California, Davis said:

“Space isn’t just something that sits there and things happens in it- Space is a dynamical thing,”

Though to some, the question of whether there was an explosion is just semantics.
The confusing aspect of theory is the idea that at the very moment of the Big Bang, the universe existed in a single point, a singularity of infinite temperature and density.
Although this is what the theory, scientists think that’s where the Big Bang theory inadequate. Those infinities are signs that the Mathematics have broken down and fail to truly describe the universe.
The Big Bang Theory leaves several major questions unanswered. One is the original cause of the Big Bang itself. Several answers have been proposed to address these fundamental questions, but none has been proven and even adequately testing them has proven to be a formidable challenge.

As Albert Einstein once said that

“trying to understand what came before the Big Bang is like trying to figure out what’s more north than the north pole!”

Well that doesn’t satisfy us. Does it?
How was our Universe created? How did it come to be the seemingly infinite place we know of today? And what will become of it, ages from now? These are the question that have been puzzling philosopher and scholars since the beginning the time and led to some pretty wild and interesting theories.
There are several theories associated with the question that what was before BIG BANG. But whatsoever The Big Bang Theory is science’s best explanation for how the universe began.
There’s another theory about what would have happen before the Big bang? This one is even more interesting …..
