Actually there isn't much more to add to what I took from the 8th ed. I just used the textbooks to get a few facts, specifically the primary and secondary causes of nephrotic/nephritic syndromes.

But the mechanism I explained were purely based on my understanding of Nephrotic and Nephritic syndromes. Because I think there is no point is just copying and pasting from the books, because anyone can just go and read the books. So instead I try to explain what I understand and how I understand what I read.

This is basically how i would explain this topic to a second year med student doing pathology who is having difficulty understanding it from the book.
