It would be nice if 2C and 2D showed which data points are derived from vaccinated and non-vaccinated patients. It is not clear in a quick reading whether increased viral RNA equals increased infectivity (towards others). E.g. high RNA counts could be indicative of an attenuated virus.

Also, this conclusion anti-vax seem excited about is only for flu A and not flu B. That only 22% of participants were vaccinated really underscores the need for replication. Still a very interesting study.
