I started running in the morning and noticed that I had a whole day in a good mood, I do not get tired by the end of the day, energy here literally pouring out of me. I was wondering - what is the reason? And I found the answer - sport affects me. I have studied this issue, and that's what found out - any physical activity (even a walk) help:

- Stress stability. Sports distract from the problems, it helps to look at them in a new way. I do not think that I can do something to upset or disturb after a 10-kilometer run in the morning :))
