In theory one could continue to use the earth time structure for a year, but it wouldn't really represent anything if you were living on Saturn. I've no idea how we would deal with these concepts, were we to become a multi planetary species in the future.
One every 29 earth years, for one year on saturn, you may make a few birthdays, but no more.
Think I'll stay on Earth.
