We have video from space of the rotating spherical Earth, the Earth is round. Thanks for reading.
I was joking 😆.
Til Galileo, in the 1600's, the idea that if you wanna say something and you think what you're saying is true, then no matter how OBVIOUS you think it is that it's true, you should still test it. It could be something fooling you in one way or another.
So if you wanna say Earth is flat, then what about the example of lunar eclipses.
The Sun is always casting Earth shadow into space which is always there no matter what (its a shadow) so the moon occasionly passes through that shadow and if you see the shape of Earth's shadow on the moon, it's always round.
If the Earth were flat sometimes you get like a flat shadow (like a fat line), it wasn't ever seen a flat shadow.
In fact, it is a segment of the ark of a circle no matter the orientation of the moon in the Sun and the only thing that makes a perfectly circular shadow would be something that's perfectly spherical. So the only thing that makes a perfect circle shadow every single time is a perfect sphere.
OK, the fact that there's a rise of flat earthers is evidence of 2 things, we live in a country that protects free speech (that's actually awesome) and 2 we live in a country with a failed educational system.
Our system needs training not only what to know, but how to think about information, knowledge and evidence. If you don't have that kind of training you'd run around believing anything.. anything!
