If I don't have to get up to leave for work or school, my natural rhythm seems to be to sleep between 2 am and 10 am. I struggle to sleep during any other times regardless of any other indicators. I'm definitely a night owl!

I guess it’s fine since you take the deepest sleeping hours from 2 to 4 am ;)
