Today a Want to tell you about the new Mars Mission 2020 from the NASA

Yes it's time again to start a new Mars Mission. 4 Years ago (2012) the last rover was landed on Mars by Nasa.

Mission Overview "Curiosity" 2012

Launched: Nov. 6, 2011
Landed on Mars: Aug. 6, 2012
Goal: Determine if Mars was ever able to support microbial life.

Key Findings:
Conditions Once Fit for Ancient Life
Active, Ancient Organic Chemistry

My Name was on the Mars Robot "Curiosity" builded 2010 for The Mission 2012:

Now, 2016, The Nasa is building a new Rover for 2020.

New Technique, New Ideas and a new hope to find Life or Water on the red planet called "Mars".

It will be just a next Step to a Mission with real Humans to Mars at the 2030's


What are the Goals of the Mars Mission? - Find Answers to the following Questions:

  • Was Mars home to microbial life? Is it today?
  • Could it be a safe home for humans one day?
  • What can it teach us about life elsewhere in the cosmos
  • or how life began on Earth?
  • What can it teach us about Earth’s past, present, and future?

The Mars 2020 Rover Has The Following Parts:

body:

a structure that protects the rover's "vital organs"

brains:

computers to process information

temperature controls:

internal heaters, a layer of insulation, and more

"neck and head":

a mast for the cameras to give the rover a human-scale view

eyes and other "senses":</td>

cameras and instruments that give the rover information about its environment

arm and "hand":

a way to extend its reach and collect rock samples for study

wheels and "legs":

parts for mobility

energy:

batteries and power

communications:

antennas for "speaking" and "listening"
