THE  MOST  VENOMOUS/POISONUS  ANIMALS  ON  EARTH

-  THE  POISON  DART  FROG 

Poison dart frog is the name of a group of poisonous frogs which are native to tropical Central and South America. These species are diurnal and have brightly colored bodies. This bright coloration is correlated with the toxicity of the species, making them aposematic. The aposematism was a new term coined by Edward Bagnall Poulton at the end of the 19th century. This term describes a family of aintipredator adaptations in which a warning signal is associated with the unprofitability of a prey item to potential predators. The toxicity of these species also depends on what they eat. In fact, the ones who eat a specific diet of ants, bettles and termites are the most toxic, while the ones raised in captivity are fed with fruit and are less toxic. 

- THE  INLAND  TAIPAN 

The inland taipan is an extremely venomous snake native to semi-arid regions of central east Australia. Its venom is by far the most toxic of any snake, and of any reptile. It is estimated that one bite is lethal enough to kill at least 100 grown men and it has the potential to kill the victim in as little as from 30 to 45 minutes. 

-  THE  BRAZILIAN  WANDERING  SPIDER

The name "Brazilian wandering spider" is the union of two different species , one called Phoneutria fera, and the other called Phoneutria nigriventer. So these two species are usually called Brazilian wandering spiders, or Armed spiders, or Banana spiders. The venom of these species contains a potent neurotoxin, known as PhTx3, which overstimulates serotonin receptor sites on nerves, causing intense pain. Meanwhile, the venom gets to work on paralyzing your muscles, causing asphyxiation and death. 

-  BLUE  RINGED  OCTOPUS    

"Blue ringed octopus" is the name referred to 3 different species of octopuses that live in tide pools and coral reefs in the Pacific and Indian Oceans, around Australia, Japan, the Philippines and Indonesia. The size of these species is really tiny, from 12 to 20cm (5 to 8 in), and they have also a docile nature, but if provoked they can be very dangerous to humans because their venom contains the tetrodotoxin, a neurotoxin powerful enough to kill humans, causing nausea, respiratory arrest, heart failure, paralysis, blindness, and death withing some minutes.

-  BOX  JELLYFISH

Box Jellyfish is the name referred to several species of cnidaria invertebrates distinguished by their cube-shaped form. These species float in the waters surrounding Asia and Australia. Some species, Chironex Fleckeri,  Carukia barnesi and Malo kingi, are the most dangerous because they produce extremely potent venom that they inject in their victims with harpoon-like mechanisms. This venom causes intense pain, respiratory failure, cardiac arrest and then death.
