Interesting article about the power of Steemit to help incentive authors of scientific work on the blockchain. I think you are correct in that it would need a peer reviewing process or a way to filter out responses from non-scientifically trained individuals and to include an incentive to those that have experience in the field and could serve as editors and reviewers.
