When you have to recover from adrenal fatigue or burnout yo do it like that, you allow small amounts of stress and build it up until the adrenals work properly again. You r adrenals can also get fatigued when there is inflammation in the body due to for example food allergies, which in turn develop from an unbalanced gut. Just cutting back the stress won't help in that case. You have to heal your gut and balance your body with the right kinds of foods and supplements.
