Governments across the globe is following in the footsteps of Trump and Barcelona. They are saving big and municipalities and cities are becoming more efficient on a global scale.

The question is how long will it take Zuma to recognize this phenomenon and follow in the path of those whom turned their cities into debt free utopia? He can truly save the South African cities from malfunction into success just as Trump can heal the social security of the USA with this breakthrough chip.
