The universe dwarfs us in both space and time. We started searching for extraterrestrials in the last century, while the age of the universe is around 13.7 billion years. So it doesn't surprise me that we haven't found any ET yet. The universe is just too damn big. Nonetheless, we must keep looking ;)

The problem regarding superscript(and any mathematical expression) can be addressed by using latex code.

Also, the reference list is too big( but if it is truly necessary, numbers don't matter) but try reducing the wiki links.
