While it is appreciated that this account is trying to keep the community "clean" - looks like a closer look at which posts to use the same comment over and over again should be looked at a little closer.....
Here is the definition of SPAM:
1.irrelevant or inappropriate messages sent on the Internet to a large number of recipients.
unwanted or intrusive advertising on the Internet.
"an autogenerated spam website"
2.trademark
a canned meat product made mainly from ham.
Adding a code for someone to use and get a discount is not in the definition of spam, please find another word.
It is frowned upon to treat a business as "guilty" until proven innocent - that is considered irrelevant since it is opinion based.
From my understanding as long as we adhere by the User Conduct in the Terms of Service, such comments are unwarranted.
User Conduct (From Steemit Terms of Service)

Looks like we are good! If I have missed something in reference to when adding a referral code is considered spam, please point me in that direction and I will gladly remove it from my previous blog post.
those steemcleaners really need to be put in check. I've seen them clean up all kinds of different stuff just to upvote their own work.
