Didn't get a chance to see the webinar live, but when I returned home later and saw their meeting, it flashed up to a screen saying "Earn 10,000 for a 2,300~ initial pay".

Looks identical to an MLM to me just from that one screen. Sorry if you guys are legit, but this really gets my bells ringing.
