The Bible says that the acts of our will are generated in the heart. Our heart is an engine of behavior that we have. It is the center of man in volitional matters. The acts we do will have a close connection with our heart.

Also in the heart arises everything that we think of as true that determines our decisions. Every decision we make in our lives is affected mainly by our reasoning, philosophies and ways of thinking. So depending on the truth that we have as true, it will be our decisions.
