Greetings and blessings to all friends and brothers of blockchain!

It is no longer about the blood of goats as in the Old Testament, now it is about the blood of the true Lamb who was killed once and for all for all mankind.

The blood of Christ is forever the only means by which we can maintain a proper relationship with God, as expressed in Paul's letter to the Romans:

Whom God put as propitiation through faith in his blood, to manifest his righteousness, for having overlooked, in his patience, past sins (Romans 3:25).

God presented Jesus as the sacrifice for atonement or reconciliation with humanity, which was separated from God. Communion with a holy God was only possible through the atonement of sins, which separated God and the promises of the covenant with humanity. It is the shed blood of Christ that finally satisfied the requirements of God's justice. God's judgment fell completely upon Christ, the immaculate sacrifice that erases past and present sins.

It is through faith in the blood of Christ that humanity is justified in the eyes of God. The blood of Christ, then, becomes the bond that unites the people with God and entitles them to the provisions of God's covenant. The blood of Christ is forever the only means of a correct relationship with the holy God.
