Saint John 14:23
Source
God left his Word to guide us, so that through it we knew how to conduct ourselves, in addition to finding comfort and wisdom. Sometimes he tells us great stories of success, but he also tells us about people who failed because of their disobedience.
But if there is something that moves God, it is the hearts that seek and love to do his will. Those who obey and seek his word for direction. A guardian is someone who cares, watches over, protects, or holds something. Someone who jealously and responsibly takes care of what has been commissioned.
Jesus made it clear that we shared his Word throughout the world. But to preach this precious gospel of salvation, it is not enough just to be guardians and emisors of what the Bible says. There must also be doers, we must live that word we read and we must put it into action. Just practicing it is like that Word will come alive and an awesome power that will unleash a powerful and fresh anointing.
We demonstrate love, fidelity, loyalty and obedience to God when we confront ourselves in the light of the Scriptures and when we reflect on it. Reading books, reflections, poems, devotionals, magazines, etc., is very good. But we can not forget to read that blessed Word, because through it, God ministers our hearts and reveals himself to our lives making us know his will and purpose for us.
Our continuous desire should be to search His Word and put it into practice in such a way that others can see in us the image of Christ.
In working for God, we must achieve God's purpose, have a divine way of working, and be hard-working. The world today needs people, needs models to inspire, needs churches and Christians that impact their society, not only for what they preach, but for what they practice, and how they practice it.
Amen!
