Is it necessary to be grateful?
Let that feeling arise that forces us to estimate the benefit or favor that has been given to us? Is it necessary to appreciate the harvested fruits, the opportunities, the air we breathe, the knowledge acquired, the time, the life, the trust and so much more?

Is it really necessary to thank?
It is ... Because only those who appreciate are great enough to understand the great joy of divine blessing and enjoy it in all its breadth.
We should always comply with that great duty of the wanderer pilgrim; never forget the fountain that quenched his thirst, the palm tree that gave him freshness and shade, and the oasis where he saw a horizon open to his hope.
... We should sincerely give thanks for the opportunity of work, for food, for salvation and forgiveness, for freedom, for fair, respectful and simple treatment; but also for the punctual correction when it is necessary, and in that the Sovereign is an expert. But also thanks for the many gifts that we did not list but that we should not forget either.
But in this transitory life many times the roads fork and new stories begin to be written. A constant wandering is the path of life; sometimes chasing chimeras, others harvesting advances and squeezing their juicy fruits. Let us try to listen to the firmament and the echo of the whisper that incites to walk with dexterity, without regret and without criticism. When criticizing, arrogance clouds the reason.
The pilgrimage continues. New challenges await us, new battles, new victories. It is not in us, to make our life a project. Our way, the Lord has traced. We should not condition life but drink with vigor and enthusiasm the pleasant and not so pleasant circumstances of each stage. In the meantime and with full confidence we will keep busy. Everything arrives for the one who keeps busy while waiting "The pessimist complains about the wind, the optimist expects it to change, the realist adjusts the candles" God provides each bird with a food, but does not throw it into the nest.
To you also esteemed but indifferent friend waits for you long distance. Will you allow God to be your partner? I return as I wish some words from the book of Job: If you lay down your heart, and stretch out your hands to Him. If there is any iniquity in your hand, and you cast it away from you, and you do not allow injustice to dwell in your house ... Then you shall lift up your face clean from the stain; you shall be strong and fear nothing; and you will forget your misery, or you will remember it as waters that passed. Life will be clearer than noon; Although darkness, it will be like the morning. You will have confidence, because there is hope; You will look around and rest in safety. You will lie down, and there will be no one to scare you; and many will beg for your favor ... It's my wish!
In the morning, that gives us the illusion of a new beginning every day ... May the Lord bless us and all that surrounds us!
Give thanks in everything, because this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus.
Gratitude is an attitude and a Biblical principle, God honors all those who thank each day for his grace and mercy. Thanks for sharing @jorgelys.
