Hey vai. Thanks for contacting me. Sorry for unwanted delay. I also have not good success on steemit but if you ask me, I should say. Make good post consistently and related to your passion. People write different topics make followers bore.
never ask for vote to anyone and follow., read post before comment and make long comment with meaning so author can understand you read his post. do not follow anyone if you do not upvote his post of like his content. search people who are related to your interested topic and unfollow them who you don't like.
