Today we are the 29th of August. This means that the month is almost over.
So, it is time to write a post about the SBC League. We have decided that the SBC league will under go some changes! But relax the concept will stay the same!

Please post the link to your monthly report as a comment on this post! Without a link, you will not be eligible to have a part of the prize pool! We will pay out the prizes next Tuesday, so you will have time until Monday Evening Central European Time!

The changes

SBD changing towards Steem!

Until this month the prize pool was in SBD, but because no SBD is printed anymore it is harder by the week the gather some SBD for the SBC account. All post which are written did payout in Steem and SP. Great for the bot account and the upvotes you all are getting but not for the prize pool.
This month will still be paid out in SBD, but from next month on, until SBD is starting to get printed again, the prizes will be pay-out in Steem. In the beginning of each month, we will announce if the prizes for the running month will be paid in Steem of SBD!

Prize pool

Yes the prize pool will change! Until now the prize pool was funded by donation of the members. At the moment the SBC account has 2.992 SBD. Each month when there was a deficit @stimp1024 jumped in to fill up the prize pool to the promised 6 SBD. This month the bot only got a donation from @beat-the-bookies (0.532 SBD) and a very little donation from @fullcoverbetting (0.052 SBD).
We are going to chance the prize structure. The goal is still a prize pool of 6 SBD of 6 Steem, see above. But this will not be guaranteed.
We will try to write two posts per week with the SBC account. The Steem (and maybe when printed again SBD) will be used to fill the prize pool. If the posts do not generate enough Steem or SBD, it is what it is and this will be the prize pool.
We will not fill the gap anymore. All the contenders are getting upvotes from the SBC so it should not be a problem to give the posts of the SBC an upvote as high as possible.
If there is more than 6 Steem of SBD available, the surplus will not be passed over to next month, but will be used to power up the account. The stronger the SBC account is, the more value our upvote will have, the more you all will profit!
Each post we will report how much the prize pool at the moment of writing the article is! Transparency is utmost important for the Sports Betting Community! For us, but we also expect this from all of you!

Monthly report!

This change will be effective from the moment of posting this article. At the end of each month, all participants have to write the monthly report and place it as a comment in the SBC League Monthly report post! If no comment has been placed in the post, your will not be eligible for a part of the prize pool!
This month we will pay out the prizes next Monday or Tuesday, so you will have the time until Monday evening (Central European Time) to post the link to your monthly report!
