How seasonal vegetables can reduce the risk of colon cancer ?

 You should avoid storing or processing of products in the course of the year, because according to one study, the use of seasonal fruits and vegetables can make your bowel health and reduce the risk of inflammatory bowel disease and colon cancer.

According to researchers, Darmbacteria from a group of indigenous peoples in Africa were 30 percent more diverse than in Western countries. Scientists have long known that the diversity of our Darmbacteria has an immune system that improves the effect.

The medical team at Stanford University in California studied the tribes living in the savannah, known as the Hadza and collected samples of testicular from 188 people aged from eight to 70 years. Then they were compared to samples from Italians who ate a normal western diet.

Hadza people diet varies depending on the time of year, because the storage of foods and their availability throughout the year is not an option in the Rift Valley. Their diet consists of five items containing meat, berries, baobab (fruit), tubers and honey. The team found that the intestinal Hadzy microbiota was seasonal, depending on what kind of food was available.

They found that they do not affect the general intestinal diseases that affect the western world, such as an inflammatory disease or Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and colorectal cancer. According to the authors, processed diet, and the use of antibiotics, reducing caffeine and other lifestyle changes helped to reduce the diversity of our Darmbacteria.

The results showed that Hazda had a more diverse microbial system. "Our own microbiota can change significantly from day to day or even in a matter of hours, in response to what we ate," said another researcher, Justin Sonnenburg.
