Sales Occupation career: the possibility and success

 Rajiv Ahmed is a leading sales trainer from Bangladesh. In his career as a trainer, he trained over 1.500 corporate houses across the country for more than 5500 hours, only on sales business.

About 30,000 workers have brought meaningful improvement in training and training in the country. Moreover, there are about 70 books of his sale and self-promotion. Q: Thousands of boys and girls are graduating on marketing every year, many of them do not want to be fielded. How can this condition be developed?

Rajiv Ahmed:

Thank you very much for this excellent question. Because, you have highlighted the problem.

The majority of the people working in a company are in the market. The rest of the function is not equal to the marketing department. Because they keep the company active by making revenue revenues. But the job of marketing is not a job in the field, it is totally field job.

The buyer/customer will not come to the company, if the marketing people find them out and do not 'knock'. That's why we have to work in the field. Senior head of marketing at the company's head office may have few desk jobs. Because they play 'Strategic Role Play'. This means that business artifice is concerned in policy-making. But they also have to go to the regular field for field supervisors.

The superior marketing executive department also began his career with field job. At one stage may have the opportunity to get settled in the head office. But they have to do field visits.

That is, I mean the marketing job means that the field job The amount of desk job is very small. But before entering the profession many people do not understand or know this harsh reality.

Obnoxious though, most of the young contemporaries of our country's "found-based" people have no particular dreams. They do not know what they want to be. A kind of nightmare is a study of choice or a career. As a consequence of getting admission in the admission war, it is compelled to accept a degree as a strategy to get a degree.

Of course, 'marketing' as the subject of the textbook is always paramount. Those who are getting the opportunity to read in marketing, they are getting admitted without any precaution. Because, in front of them, the face of a marketing manager or a senior officer of some company has flown up, who can get lakhs of money? Nobody judges how many years the gentleman has reached that level of field job.

No one is even aware that he still has 10/15 days to spend outside the office. The newly admitted young man in the marketing department escapes the GPA without any clear idea about the type of marketing job and job field. At one stage, doing well by doing good results. But the coveted job does not match.

Because they are looking for desk jobs at the desk. Failing not to roam for a few days, do not regret the fate or mama-uncle.

The clarification to this problem is not possible until the generation of young generation will be admitted to a life-long struggle. Even then, I want to say that marketing job is a field job - this is not true for those who do not believe mind, they are not good at marketing.

Young men should know before going to the graduate degree for any degree that what kind of jobs are waiting for them in the future. Career counseling department of educational organizations can play a responsible role in this regard.

Q: What is the probability of getting a job in Sales Sales and Career Growth?

Rajiv Ahmed:

Sales as a profession is unprecedented, amazing. Sales can be a wonderful experience, a fountain of success. This profession of multiculturalism has its own grammar; Intrinsic beauty This science is the key to winning the minds of people. If someone can love the muscular mind, then it will be surprised by unveiling its mystery.

Sales are so funny that they write their own paychecks. No one can stop the career growth. Very fast promotion is possible only in the sales profession. A good salesman - needs worldwide If you can enter the sales job at the beginning of life and spend a couple of years, you will never have to stop in life. Those who like to mix and wander with people have a great experience for them as sales professionals.


The first sales job of life can be to find you, then you will be able to find your whole life job if you are a quality salesman. What we understand as marketing job, 99% of our sales jobs are actually Most people in any company are doing sales jobs. So its professional possibilities are infinite. Q: What is the role of an employer in recruiting a salesman?

Rajiv Ahmed:

This is the reality that in the case of any recruitment the employer will prefer his taste and taste. However, the following qualities of the candidate must be verified in the appointment of a salesman.

A) How smart are you and the clothes are smart? Can you express personalities and tastes?

B) Whether it is spontaneous nature? Can you talk about? How are you talking

Q: How will the new ones create themselves for the sale?


Rajiv Ahmed:

In the sales and marketing profession, newcomers must have the mentality of learning to feel free. What he has learned at the graduate level, his application is very little in the practical field, but it does not. You have to learn a new way of life like a child. The education must be taken from 'boss', from colleague; Experience should be stored from the market.

1) Regular participation in self-initiatives in sales training workshop.

Q: What kind of part-time job can be helpful for developing salesmanship skills?

Rajiv Ahmed:

While studying marketing, part-time job-sharing experience in any selling company can certainly play an effective role in developing future salesmanship skills. Now there are different fairs in the year.

January fair trade fair, February fair in February, Independence Day fair in March, Baishakhi fair in April, continues this way. If someone experiences part-time work of salespeople in these stalls, then they will be in the running in the future. Finding jobs like mind can also be easy.
Q: Where is the joy and challenge of the sales profession?

Rajiv Ahmed:

In my eyes, the sales profession is all the fun. There is no excitement and creative exposure in any profession. You can sell by mixing the sweetness of your mind. An excellent experience you can achieve. Driving a sale means a milestone. What else can be the feeling of joy?

The biggest challenge of the sales profession is to understand the customer's mentality and to make him "happy" by knowing his needs. Those who have been working part-time have already stored the experience. Every person on earth is different. Apart from that, their likes and dislikes are different. So it's really hard to win everyone's mind with the same product or service.

But successful sales professionals take the challenge of smiling and he laughs the last smile. At the same time, the buyer also took a good turn. Where is it possible to say that 'happy-ending' or merry ending is possible without sell.                                                                                                           

Q: What error do you find among newcomers?

Rajiv Ahmed:

Newbies must first be patient in marketing jobs. Patients should understand well, they must realize through the heart. Only then will they see the face of success.

But the new generation is very patient. Little did they lose patience. Less learning mentality. Want to see quick profit gains; Expect the reward. Focusing attention on the work, scandalous tendency is strong. Simply search shortcut. There is no respect for work, no love for the profession, no respect. Do not want to participate in professional training workshops. Do not want to read books. Much less attention to how much hardship can be achieved.


Q: What additional steps should a student take to fill the gap in our education and field work?

Rajiv Ahmed:

It has been said that in the marketing department for the exam, this is taught in the department, but it is not necessary to apply it in the practical field even though it requires the knowledge of theoretical knowledge while entering the career. The 'GAP' must be completed by joining the professional training workshop and publishing practical sales books.

Q: Many people who are studying in the fields of engineering or social welfare, Islamic studies or other subjects are in the sales profession, what will their repressions be like?

Rajiv Ahmed:

In today's interview - answering the first question - I explained the problem in detail. Since Bangladesh is not a country of more population, it is not possible to accommodate the education and professional life of every citizen.

Besides, anyone at any stage of life can move towards any profession. Even with the relevant educational knowledge, it can be successful. Some products or services are so technologically dependent that there is more to the engineers as a sales worker. Because it is difficult to sell unless there is no proper knowledge about the product.

However, some of the educational qualifications are coming to the sales profession, whose reading and current occupational position cannot be matched in any way. To succeed in these cases, the salesperson's professional commitment and strong willpower need to be successful.

They will have to read practical sales books and increase skills and qualifications by participating regularly in the professional training workshop. In marketing job, you have to learn more or more regularly, otherwise, you have to be backward.
Q: What is the probability of selling women? How can they bring themselves to this profession?

Rajiv Ahmed:

The prospect of success in women's sales profession is multiplied more than boys. Because the number of boys in the world is more than the number of job takers, the number of child buyers is even more.

Even if women decide to buy, they also implement implementation in many cases (ie, buying process) sons. And people are psychologically attracted to the opposite sex or are influenced by them.


In this context, since the boy is more buyers around the world, women are more likely to be a sales worker. I think - if the social security is ensured then women will be better in comparison with boys than in sales profession.
