Proposed Researching, Data, Market and Competitor Analysis for SPK Network

As it is in the sphere of government/environmental safety officials trying to determine where the next hurricane Katrina will occur, so we have it in schools where teachers might collect data on their students in order to be able to determine how best to help the student reach their potentials.

Everyone is collecting data nowadays, from business organizations to churches. The prevalence of data gathering in communities and organizations today is the reason why I am proposing that SPK network should set up a data gathering/analytics section that can help identify ways in which we can maximize the effects and the actualization of the SPK immutable communities vision.

How can SPK Network benefit from Analysis and Data Gathering

Here there are two things I feel we need to consider,

1. SPK network is very unique in it's own way and while there might have been content based blockchain communities and video platforms built in the past, SPK network offers much more by taking the ownership of the needed services, platforms and incentives from a centralized body to a decentralized one consisting of community users and services who will be responsible for determining the future direction of the project and also be the one receiving incentives.

Given the uniqueness of the project and its end goals, and the fact that there is not really much of a proven example of any identical platform that has come up in the past. That could end up meaning that the team will end up doing a lot of trial and errors in key areas before arriving at the working solutions.

Where does Analytics and Analysis come in

While SPK network might be unique in itself as a concept, a number of the working parts and inside components of the proposed platform are actually existing concepts and idea that have been proven to work in the past and has been replicated in one or two places.

For example, a key aspect of the SPK network infrastructure is the DEX which will be used to facilitate the exchange of tokens on the SPK network. DEX'es are not a new concept, they have been around for a while and people seem to like using them.

SPK Network can leverage on historical and new data of top performing DEX'es in the market to constantly and recurrently make the DEX platform built for the SPK community better to use. For something like this to be achieved an ongoing operation has to be put in place that constantly sources for valuable information about existing similar platforms, analyze the data gotten and finally pinpoints or recommend ways in which the DEX can improve.

2. Every project needs analysis of its internal workings at regular intervals in order to determine if each component that makes up the entire system is functioning optimally and meeting up with expectations. Something like this will help to easily identify where improvements need to be made within the system.

Proposed Operations and Aims

• To help SPK network continuously stay up to date on new ways and technologies that are being adopted by that can help improve the quality of the platform by continuously sourcing for new valuable information and analysis of identical projects on a weekly basis
• To create a better understanding and insight of the inner components that make up SPK network by running internal analysis of each component against metrics set by the community and stakeholders
