I'm not stressing out about crypto prices. I don't depend on it, so I can afford to wait for prices to recover, but it may be hard for those who don't have other income. Still, money can't make you fit. You have to go out and do something and I went off into the countryside just outside Stevenage. I've done these trails before. The early stage near the traveller park is a bit overgrown. I was hoping the council would have tidied it, but I was dodging nettles and brambles for a while. The rest was clear. It's a bit up and down, so my legs get a good workout. Usual spurious max speed from Endomondo, but at least the ascent and descent line up.
It's nice to get out of town and onto some trails. Nothing too dramatic, but this one is fairly peaceful. I see a few people running and others just out for a walk to break up their day. You may just be able to see a blue rope hanging down. I didn't chance it with my weight. Shame someone dumped a barrel there.
It's slightly cooler today, but I still got pretty warm. I need some time to cool down, but then I needed to get back to work.

Its important to enjoy life and enjoy the summer.
Bitcoin has been through many down periods before and will recover in time. There are a huge amount of real positive developments in the space. Day to day price movements are for speculators and gamblers not true believers.
If you live in Turkey, Iran, Venezuela, Bitcoin is going to the moon right now vs your local currency.
Sort of did the same thing but on my treadmill today. The charts were just sucking the energy right out of me. Finally I stepped away and ran on the treadmill for about a 1/2 hour. Felt better when I was done. I really need to get out and run sometime. The treadmill can get a bit boring every night.
