This was yesterday afternoon, but when I went to run (about 8pm), it was -8, felt like -18. Crazy and painful!
People, how are YOUR trainings affected by this freezing weather?

Respect for running with this temperature! I can feel the pain.
We also have between -8 and -11 and I took a break. Hopefully I am able to run again tomorrow as it should get warmer.
Yes, it will be warmer all over the Europe from tomorrow. Can't wait.
Now 0 Celsius seems so warm :)
I didn't take a break but I slowed down and I don't run as much as I would want to. My face hurts if I am outside too long.
I have some wishes and plans, and I am afraid that if I would skip more trainings now, then I would have to put much pressure later, and my body maybe would't be able to achieve that, so I might be injured instead of being fit for these events that I look forward. I don't want to let injuries happen again, because if I would need to stop with running, because of recovery, I really don't know what other activity would I ever like. To me, noting seems as good as running.
That's what I call dedication for running!
Hi @nelzie , Running at these temperatures is... well, you are a SPARTAN girl!
Well done!
Hope to meet you soon as a @runningproject member!!!
Hi thanks for the Spartan part... :)
Here in The Netherlands, during the winter we never have temperatures below...let's say -2 C. I really wanted to experience extreme conditions. That was a good chance, since nice days are coming soon.
Yes, soon I'll be a proud member of @runningproject. :)
Dopada mi se post, @nelzie.
@vvladan hvala :)
