I often hear running is the best way to build emdurence. I m not convinced. If you are a soccer player or marathon runner of course you schould run.
I hate running cause its boring bud i run during my endurence weeks once or twice a week.
Other way to build endurence :
Jumprope/ wstrengh and endurence circle / shadow boxing/ 20 minute sparring/ longer rounds / or less brake / sprints .... there are alot of ways to build up endurence and to get ripped .
So if dont like running you still can build endurence
