I missed my run yesterday.
During the day I thought that I should run earlier because it was nice outside. However, I decided to keep consistent and run after work. That didn't work.
My friends said they wanted to do something and since that's pretty rare, I said yes.
That also means my night was rough because I have a hard time sleeping in not my bed. Daylight savings time change also didnt help.
So basically, I only got 4 hours of sleep and didn't run last night.
Ill get back on track today!
