Hi @anthrovegan! Yes, some adjustments and/or sacrifices have to be made to our daily routines. But hey, it's our health we are talking about so that's always a priority. Having said that, what I do is I'd schedule my run in the early morning (tough cause I'm a night person) or maybe get off work an hour earlier squeeze in a run, and still be in time for social activities at night.
