A Step in the Right Direction
It was pretty cold outside today. Pretty wet and windy too and, whilst coming back from injury, it was a very easy decision to stay in the gym for a run!
Just under 8km in around 40 minutes of steady running with a walk at the end felt comfortable on the legs although I was feeling noticeably tired towards the end
Let's see how the legs react over the next couple of days before heading out again. Hopefully no reaction!
